Hello Gratitude Seeker! Sit down with your pen and journal (or horizontal blank paper). Today’s Word of Power is Death. Let’s remember...
The cycle of life includes death but, this is not our ending. We are all energy that can never be created or destroyed. Although our physical body may die, our essence or soul continues to exist forever. The same is true for loved ones and pets who have passed on. Their spirit remains alive in our hearts and thoughts, and memories of them endure.
Take time now to think of a beloved family member, friend or pet that you have lost.
Ponder how you first met.
When was their birthday?
What were some of your favourite shared experiences?
What did they teach you?
Write all your recollections now.
People come into your life for a reason, a season or a lifetime.
Be grateful for your life and the ability to live fully in every moment.
Be thankful for those who have shared your journey with you!
You are not alone. The love you have for yourself and then (gladly) freely shared with others, will sustain you, always. #cherishlovedones

Hello Gratitude Journeyer! Grab your pen & journal book (or blank paper). Let’s journey through today’s Word of Power — Communication. Let’s be truthful...

Truthful dialogue (thoughts + words + actions) with yourself and others is essential to your own happiness.
You have heard the saying, “The truth shall set you free”. Think about this statement. The truth is, what is best for you—not what others say is best for you.
Search your heart. Recall a time you felt truly happy.
Where were you?
What time of day was it?
Did you share this moment with anyone?
Were you inside or outdoors?
Describe your surroundings and entire experience in detail now.
In this special moment you just described, you were happy because you were enjoying a moment of truth with yourself. In order to enjoy each and every moment of life, you need recall the feelings in this experience, no matter what may be happening around you at present. You have the power and control to choose how you react. This self-control, choosing in favour of yourself i.e. to remain calm, happy, grateful, etc., in each moment of your day allows for truthful self-communication and personal freedom to become your reality. This experience of power will create abundant joy and happiness as you practice truthful communication with yourself and others.
“The truth shall set you free.” ~ Jesus
